With thousands of its eyes..

Winks at me, asking,

“Still awake.. but why..??”

My eyes fixed..

My smirk replied..

“Can’t you guess..

It’s your calm voice..

The twinkling of your eyes..

It’s the whole of you..

Who keep me mesmerized..!!

Even if I go to sleep..

You’re there in my dreams..

But I want to get..

your real flavour instead..!!

So, I keep myself awake..

With my eyelids open wide..

O, even if you’ve thousand eyes,

You still can’t see mine..

I drink you every night..

I quench my thirst, only with..

One pair of my thirsty eyes..!!”
