582. Exchanged Hearts..

She requested him..

to keep his pen moving,

so she could reach his heart,

to look after, to value it,

to touch it, as if her own,

to preserve it safely.

but, being selfish enough,

he didn’t want,

to share it with anyone,

to keep his heart untouched,

away he flew with it.

So, she’s left back all alone,

heartless, with an emptiness within,

now, she held her own pen,

kept it moving till date,

to play with her own words,

to save and guard..

mending, her own bruised heart,

as if it was his..

’cause he used to say once,

that her heart,

was actually his..!!

  8. Thankyou so much Sarika.. It feels awesome when you start with something in mind and the words do the rest of the knitting with your thoughts on their own, and something different comes out naturally, which you didn’t even thought about.. This was such a piece.. Even I myself fell for the words, which seemed to be speaking for themselves.. Don’t know if I could clear my point or not.. Lol.. πŸ˜œπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
